COMPETITION DETAILS
- KICK OFF: Monday. Mixed Round 1: 20TH OCTOBER 2025; Tuesday Mixed Round 1: 21ST OCTOBER 2025; Thursday Mens Round 1: 23RD OCTOBER 2025
- MONDAY MIXED FIELDS: Centennial Park – Reservoir and McKay Fields
- TUESDAY MIXED FIELDS: Centennial Park – Parade, Reservoir and McKay Fields
- THURSDAY MENS FIELDS: Queens Park
- REGISTRATION SYSTEM: This year we will be moving from SportFix over to ASSEMBLE for all Registrations, Draws and Tables. This change has been initiated by Australian Oztag and all competitions must comply.
- COST: MONDAY MIXED COMP $100 per player (8 weeks including finals). Minimum payment of 12 players at registration. No team will be put into the competition without a minimum of 10 player payments by Tuesday 14th October, 2025
- COST: TUEDSAY MIXED & THURSDAY MENS COMP $130 per player (10 weeks + 2 weeks of finals). Minimum payment of 12 players at registration. No team will be put into the competition without a minimum of 12 player payments by Tuesday 14th October, 2025 (Tuesday Mixed Registrations may close early, this comp will fill fast).
- GAME TIMES: MONDAY & TUESDAY MIXED & THURSDAY MENS COMP Games will be held at 6pm and 6:40pm only (game time requests cannot be guaranteed – 6:40pm games will be shared around to those teams requesting).
- TEAM CLASHES: If you have players playing in more than 1 team, please let us know prior to 14th October and we will ensure the games don’t clash

- COMP DETAILS: Monday Mixed comp will run for 8 weeks total including finals, finishing before Christmas
- COMP DETAILS: Tuesday Mixed & Thursday Mens comp will run for 12 weeks total, 10 comp rounds + 2 rounds of finals.
- CHRISTMAS BREAK:
- MONDAY MIXED: Last Round will 9/12/25 (washout planned for 16/12 if required)
- TUESDAY MIXED: Last Round before break: 9/12/25 Returning Round after break: 13/1/26
- THURSDAY MENS: Last Round before break: 11/12/25 Returning Round after break: 15/1/26
- MIXED TEAM COMPOSITION: Mixed teams play with 4 men and 4 women on the field – maximum of 4 men on field at all times. Unlimited interchanges permitted.
- NON-PAYMENT PENALTY: Teams will not receive points for any round until fully paid. Full payment must be received by ROUND 1 to receive team points.
- PLAYING GEAR: All players must wear Official OES Oztag Shorts ($35) or Tights ($35) available at the ground every playing night or online at: www.oztagger.com.au Players are not allowed to take the field without official Oztag shorts or tights, these can either be the plain black ones for sale or the OES sublimated ones available online. So long as they have the OES label in the back and logo on the leg, they’re right to go. No other brand of shorts / tights can be worn, so please don’t source from a company not stocking the OES brand. Shorts and tights are available prior to comp at: www.oztagger.com.au
- PLAYING GEAR PENALTIES: From Round 3 onwards, one try will be deducted for each player out of a team shirt during a game.
- FORFEITS: Teams are to contact our Grounds Co-ordinator, Anne (0413 401198), prior to 3pm on game day if you are forfeiting a match. Forfeiting teams will be given 0 points and minus 10 points, with the opposition being awarded a win and plus 10 points. If you forfeit after 3pm, you will also lose 2 competition points. If your team forfeits 3 times throughout the season, you will be removed from the competition.
- DRAWS / TABLES: Temporary draws will be placed on Assemble for the first 3 weeks of competition. All teams must check online prior for their game times.
- UNREGISTERED PLAYERS “RING INS”: Any team caught playing unregistered players will automatically be awarded a -10 point loss for the game. A player that plays as a ring in will receive a 1 match suspension. If a team needs to report a ring in to officials, this must be done on the same night to ensure it can be investigated.
- INJURIES: All injuries must be reported to the desk and recorded on the night.
- REFUNDS: Once a player has taken the field to play, playing fees cannot be refunded.
- WET WEATHER: All wet weather notifications will be placed on the website by 4pm on game day. Managers will also be notified by text if games are called off. Every attempt will be made to make up wet weather games, dependent on the Parklands Trust and field availability
